No longer 24/4 with reduced hours, stingy on cleaning spray, machines have been broken for months, working machines are rusted out, and you’ll occasionally walk away with peeled fingers due to infection that’s what you get for $26.95 a month with a black card membership.

Really ghetto of a place despite the location. Every machine is either out of order, or makes loud noises, or tv is broken when running on the treadmills. Not enough space. Not enough mirrors to accommodate the others who are in the stretching room Due to not much room available else where to work out. $10.00 may be a deal but you don’t get much for what you pay for.. with that being said, you pay for what you GET. And it shows planet fitness. Do better! We are still paying customers!

Worst gym I've ever been to. It's not the broken/rusted equipment, it's the members...there's a level of consideration you gotta have and there's zero of that here. There's three Smith machines, and whether you come at 5am or 10pm, they're taken by one individual sometimes up to an hour or more. I can see the building anger in so many members in the rare instances I've gotten to use one. Horrible place, horrible environment.

Easily accessible, welcoming, friendly, and a great place when you want to get in a quick workout. A no frills gym to where you can take care of business in peace and move on with your day. I enjoy the time when it opens. Starts my day off in a positive way.

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for 3 months. This gym has everything we need with great equipment and it’s clean. 5 star to the entire staff at Ala Moana. They have been amazing since the first day we joined. Kind, honest and always helpful. Well Pleased.
